MPI’s form, reproduced faithfully with MPI’s own wording. The app fills in what the hunt already recorded, so the hunter is checking and signing, not writing it out.
A long consignment runs onto further pages, and each of those pages is signed and dated as the form requires.
Like every document the app makes, it carries a QR code and a verify code. Scanning the code, or typing it in, opens the record it was made from, so anyone handling the paper can check it is genuine.
Draft. This describes how Happy Ending works and is not legal advice; MPI’s requirements are the authority.
