If you run a processing plant, supply is everything. Smoothing supply means you can schedule and build for customer demand. Too much at once and the freezers fill. Most processors find out what's coming when a ute pulls into the yard.
We've built a processor console to change that. It's a web console, so it runs on wherever you call the office.
What's in the field
The map shows kilos logged by hunters across the country, as they're logged. You can see what's sitting in hunters' freezers, roughly where, and how much. That makes it easier to plan pickups, staff the line and talk with certainty with buyers.
Your hunters
- Hunters see published your per kilo rates. It's in the app and they'll ask when to deliver.
- New hunters near you can be introduced through our directory once they've passed our assessment.
- For pet food, approve hunters to supply under your Risk Management Programme.
Intake and invoicing
Scan the tag or docket at the door, enter the weight directly into the console, and that delivery is reconciled against what the hunter logged. Invoices build themselves from the tags you've received, itemised per hunter.
At the end of the month there's a payout file ready to import into Xero. Check it, approve it, pay your hunters.
Audit, sorted
Every month you can download a ZIP file. Inside is an index of every delivery and a folder holding the actual Poison Use Statements behind them — not links, the documents. When the verifier visits, hand it over.
Not on the console?
That's fine. If your hunters use Happy Ending and you don't, they still arrive with the right paperwork, tagged and printed. The console just makes the rest of the job easier.
